The site is written to comply with the XHTML 1.1 definition. XHTML is the next step along the HTML development ladder, and by conforming to the standard it means that any reasonably modern browser will be able to render (ie display) the pages correctly. For the same reason I have also ensured that the stylesheet conforms to the CSS2 standard
Mind you whilst it ensures that the site is displayed correctly it does not mean that it is any good or that people will like it.
Whilst creating the site I used the following applications
- Page Editor - CSE HTML Validator Pro, DreamWeaver and notepad
- Graphics Editor - Like I have graphics here :-)
- CSS Editor - TopStyle Pro
